About

A career built on untangling complexity.

My career didn't start with a five-year plan. It started in Accra, underwriting insurance policies, then moved into project management when i moved back to Nigeria, where I discovered the kind of work I actually wanted to be doing: untangling complexity and making things run properly.

That instinct carried me through five years at Procept Associates, leading digital transformation and ISO standardisation programmes for telecoms and financial services clients across West and South Africa. I picked up ITIL, ISO 45001:2018, Enterprise Design Thinkin Practitioner(IBM), Scrum, Six SIgma Yellow Belt, and ISO 20000-1 along the way, not as boxes to tick, but because the work demanded a level of rigour worth taking seriously.

Moving to the UK, I joined Tritek Consulting and ended up wearing far more hats than my job title suggested. I led operations and growth across the business: building partnerships with companies like Blakskill and Payl8r, introducing buy-now-pay-later options through Klarna, Payl8r and Clearpay so customers who couldn't pay outright could still enrol, and redesigning onboarding and live support to cut down the issues people hit early on. I built new reporting templates used across the whole organisation, stood up a Customer Success team and a Career Coach function from scratch, and took charge of recruitment, including coaching managers on how to hire well for their own teams. I introduced 360 feedback across candidates, staff and trainers, and led the build-out of new offices in Nigeria and North America, where 80% of the team now sits. Alongside all of that, I managed facilities, IT equipment, and the full vendor lifecycle, launched new courses including Product Management, Coding 4 Kids, Cybersecurity and AI, and managed over 40 staff and 15 trainers across performance, culture, and day to day operations.

Project management ran through all of this. I managed a wide range of projects, both internal and external, across the business throughout my time at Tritek Consulting. The most significant was leading the 2024 rebrand of part of Tritek Consulting into Tritek Academy, an end-to-end process from a new website and digital brand identity through to onboarding and change management across our teams in Nigeria, the UK, the US, and Canada.

In 2025, I worked alongside two training organisations to deliver free Data Analysis, Business Analysis and Cybersecurity training to 200+ people across the UK, Canada, the US and Nigeria, running operations, marketing and communications for the initiative.

These days, I split my time between client delivery and building my own ventures. I'm Senior Project Manager at Rad3r, a digital and tech agency helping SMEs grow. I founded CARDE, a mentorship-first platform helping early-career professionals and career switchers find real guidance through 1:1 and group mentoring. And I'm building Juko, a SaaS rota platform for care organisations, born out of a problem I saw firsthand while working in care.

Different rooms, different roles, same instinct: understand the problem properly before you try to solve it.

The Law of David

Serve the problem before you sell the solution.

I believe skill should be earned through service before it's sold. Too many people learn a tool, a trade, or a craft and rush straight to monetising it, without ever sitting inside the problem they're claiming to solve. I think that's backwards.

My own work has only ever made sense to me when it came from being close to a real problem first. Juko didn't start as a business idea, it started as something I noticed while working inside the system it was built to fix. The product came after the understanding, not before it.

The Law of David is simple: serve the problem before you sell the solution. Build because you've earned the right to, not because there's a market for it. Skill without service is just a transaction. Skill with service is something people can actually trust.
